"We stayed one night after coming across on the ferry. The room was fine with all modern features and a nice view of the harbor. Bed mattress could use upgrading to pillow top style. This property is on a moderately steep hill so the flat parking areas are limited on the property. The rooms are also on different levels on the hill accessed by stairs. Access to rooms might be a challenge for the elderly "

"A little tricky getting out into traffic as right on the intersection of a busy road at rush hour times even on a saturday. But friendly staff, clean and fresh room. When we got back to our room someone else had taken our park in front of our room, however we could still park in the hotel gounds. All in all great place to stay"

"Although somewhat dated, the property was good and had all the necessary facilities. It was a shame that the kitchen was dirty and needed a good clean. Otherwise the property would have been great. "This might be the prettiest place I ever stayed at. The scenery is spectacular. The hotel is just perfect. It's a beautiful country-house with exceptional food and the service is great. A++. I strongly recommend this. We did the horse and ATV tour and it's a must do. Fly into Wellington and rent a car to see the beautiful scenery on the 2 hr drive. I would love to return."
