"Firstly, the staff were awesome, welcoming smiling and very helpful. The location of hotel was perfect and easy walking to Te Papa, waterfront, and public bus transport. We found a couple disappointing cleaning details, which we will make hotel aware of. However would certainly stay again. Especially if 3 of us, to have separate room each. Was fantastic. "
