The staff are very kind and considerate, in one instance on short notice, they managed to secure us a high quality room. Very kind people. The lack of air conditioning in most rooms is offset by the usage of fans provided by the Hotel, as well as being able to open the windows. So I wouldn't say that's an issue for me, but it might be for some. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place that is both easily accessible from the city centre, as well as a place with good staff and service. "
