He’s very professional and has a pleasing personality being the frontline of the hotel. Claudio also helped me with my bookings of essentials and must-see places in Santiago. My stage was only 4 days but it was enough for me to just relax and divert from my previous trip prior to Chile. But the hotel is well situated within my range to the airport. Very accessible too. "
