"Overall is good, but they need to focus on maintenance. The hand shower on my room was leaking everywhere, had no pressure, and its hold was broken. I reported it one week ago, and then one week after i stayed on the very same room, and they hadn't fixed it."

"I love this hotel... Just right off the freeway and perfect away from other properties... I feel safe and the property is clean and offers good breakfast... I stayed for 4 nights and it's been a great, relaxing experience... I also enjoyed the fitness center and the staff was always sweet and accommodating."

"Man at the front desk was quite helpful in helping me find a better rate, local information, and when we needed some plasticware, finding some for us so we could eat the food we bought nearby."

"The location was central and convenient. The staff was obliging and helpful. The windows aren't very thick so a lot of outside noise will be heard easily. But it's mostly a quiet town, so not much to worry about. Just don't stay up too late, because the birds are LOUD in the morning. That's not the hotel's fault, though. It's part of living out in the country. Overall I liked it very much, and next time I visit Pearsall I will stay at Executive Inn. "
