All counter and table areas were super dusty. Bathroom door would not close and tub was dirty. Unfortunately our heater was not working. Always take cleaning supplies to be sure to clean

I gave 3 stars because we were put on the 3rd floor & their elevator to the 3rd floor was out. So, we were asked to go to the 2nd floor & go up the stairs or go to the 4th floor & go downstairs. It was inconvenient because I have a leg injury making it difficult to go & down the stairs. Either than that, everything in the hotel & staff were great. Rooms were very clean.

Upon arrival to our room we found both beds unmade as if they were already slept in. We were then given a new room and when we arrived to this room the door was not opening. Staff was friendly and helpful thankfully.

The front desk staff was very nice and check in was quick. The halls and stairs are in poor condition. Also, this is the first hotel I’ve been to that does not provide hand-soap.

The hotel was very clean and the only complaint we have is that their facilities: the fitness equipment were broken, the pool is under remodeling, and laundry machines were out of order. Either than that, check in and out were easy and rooms were very clean.

Very nasty! Room smelled awful, hair in bed and all over shower! Pool was closed and didn’t know tell we checked in! Would never stay there again!

Henry at checkin and checkout was incompetent- ended up billing me twice for this stay, said he couldn’t fix it, had to call tomorrow. Didn’t get the type of room we had reserved, didn’t phase Henry. Ask for bedding for the sleeper sofa, didn’t have any pillows or blankets. Almost all people who stayed here from this wedding had issues… no hot water in multiple rooms was another issue

The front office staff was wonderful! The hotel is not being maintained at all, inside and out. Windows are dirty, our room was not vacuumed well. The sink had a thick film that my husband had to scrub and clean. The curtains are dirty and falling off the rod. This place needs a makeover.
