"Great location"

"This is my second time staying. It was another pleasant and comfortable stay. We booked two rooms for me, hubby, mom and sister, to celebrate for my mom’s 88th birthday and my own birthday. The hotel staff was very kind and considerate in the earlier check-in process, efficiently kept our luggages, and helped my mother in wheelchair. They also have prepared cake and greeting card. When we left, they taught our driver how to park in the front and helped us to get on our car with luggages…etc....

"the only concern I have is the service at the chinese dessert lounge. the service was not really up to standard. I could see all waiting staff were quite busy, covering a large service area, but they all walked with eyes looking straight ahead, ignoring guests trying to get their attention. It took more than 15 mins before we got service after sitting down and having hard time to get someone to give us the bill. Other than this, very satisfy with my stay."

"Unexpectedly great! Located conveniently within the Fishermen's Wharf. The pictures of the hotel don't do it justice. The room was big with European style and it was super clean. They even have over 8 pillow selections! I got one for stiff neck and another for my partner who snores. I got to say, the pillow really does help with snoring! The bed is firm and comfortable. Perfect for after a long day of travelling around Macau. Location is great! Several Bus stops just footsteps away from the...
