"I came to Sydney over the weekend for 2 days of training in Crows Nest. I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were genuine and helpful, dealing with them at all times was great. The room was lovely and clean. The food at the restaurant downstairs was delicious and again the staff were very nice. Very convenient having a restaurant on ground floor after long days training. The last few times I’ve stayed in Sydney I’ve stayed at a few more expensive, bigger inner city hotels where the staff have been fancy, cleanliness was not amazing and it was a bit impersonal. I felt quite at home here. The same front of house staff were on board each day to help with anything I needed. I will be back, thank you for a great stay. "

"Perfect location, unfortunately Victoria cross station construction ongoing. Clean room with nice efficiency kitchen. Bed a little bouncy for 2 people with jet lag but mattress super comfortable and nice bedding. Front desk staff so nice and helpful. Laundry easy. Cafe downstairs has great coffee and food. "

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation was beautifully clean and more spacious than shown in the pictures. The pool was in excellent condition and stays open until 10pm which was a great bonus, especially if you have kids. The location was so close to the city with Ubers being speedily available and the ferry is also very convenient. We will stay again! "
