Welcome to paradise! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is a stone's throw from Atlantis, the gem of Paradise Island, only a short taxi cab ride away from the Nassau Airport. Location is on the ground floor, the villa is steps to the pool, beach and has a terrific ocean view. Please note if your time is not available or you wish more space we have 2 additional villas at Sunrise Beach- 1 more 2 bedrooms # 270400 and 1 3 bedrooms # 1290 on VRBO. Please message if needed. 9a - 2 bedroom is a second level villa overlooking the pool and 15 - 3 bedroom is a 2 level villa.

This Villa has been renovated and has Indian/Tropical style furnishings. The two bedrooms both have very comfortable memory foam beds, premium linens and smart TVs. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second room has two Single beds which can be put together to form a King size bed if desired.
The living area has comfortable furniture, with pull out sofa bed and smart TV.

For those who want to cook the unit is complete with a fully equipped, updated kitchen and an outdoor grill (propane is provided). Groceries are readily accessible with a grocery store a ten minute walk away for your basic necessities and for a more elaborate selection; the Fresh Mart is a quick taxi ride to the other side of the bridge or you can use the online grocery delivery service. To eat out - there are many restaurants within walking distance.

Onsite you have Viola’s, which provides meals, bar service and live entertainment (including karaoke).
The world renowned Atlantis Resort is a short stroll down Casino Drive with access to the casino, restaurants, marina village and shops. Daily passes for the waterpark and aquarium are available for purchase at Atlantis or online. There is a wonderful comedy club at Atlantis.

For your convenience, this villa has a central air conditioning system and supplemental ductless systems for optimal comfort. Laundry access is provided. Wonderful Stay
The location was great. Walked out of the rental and just a very little walk to the beach. The view from the rental was the beach. My family not only enjoyed the beach but also relaxed at the pool. It was wonderful. We also got to walk over to Atlantis. After the day at the beach, we decided to grab some ice cream and got some from the Shake Shack at Atlantis. What an experience! Even got to see a proposal at the beach one night and on another day, a wedding on the beach. Can’t wait to return.

Everything from checking in to the communication with John was perfect. The condo is very spacious. Had everything we needed. Tons of activities on Cabbage Beach. We stayed for 7 days and had a great time. the ammenities were great, very cozy. The location is perfect, it was very quiet in the villas and even down on the beach it felt like most days we had the whole beach to ourselves, it is just far enough awau from the ammenities to be quieter, but close enough you can choose to interact with the busier sections of the island. Property manager and owner both were very respinsive and helpful. The local manager and his eife were great, they made sure we had adequate drinking water and also offered to drive us yo fuether locations if needed. Will be staying here again.

Great Property!
This property was a great find for us! We stayed in unit 12 and loved that we had a lot of space for our family of five within the unit as well as immediate access to the beach. The beach and pool area never felt crowded. This was a great value and we could easily walk to Atlantis, the marina village, and other areas of interest on Paradise Island. John’s communication was great so we felt very prepared for our stay and getting around upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

Great weather, close to Atlantis, restaurant and bar onsite, beach just behind pool deck...about 30 stair steps down to beach. Ocean water was super clear. Fun in the Sun. Villa was clean. Grounds could use a pressure cleaning. Yes...we would come back. Our manager took us to and from airport /grocery store. Had a great time.

Wonderful time for a family with teens
We just got back from our first time in the Bahamas. The Sunrise Beach Resort Villas were an amazing place for a decent price. Right on the beach. My family and I felt very safe and had the most wonderful experience thanks to the help of Donella and her husband Ravin, who were very nice, and easy to communicate with. Always quickly responsive. Walking distance to Atlantis, and a few restaurants. The restaurant on site, Violas, the food and vibe were very delightful and also reasonable. We had an amazing time and I would recommend this to anyone with 3 kids. I just wish I could of spend more time there.

We could not have asked for a better vacation. First of all John and the property managers were so friendly and accommodating. We had transportation waiting for us thanks for Donielle. She and her husband were the best host. They were so kind to drive us to our dinner locations. ( of course we paid them). So much nicer to pay them versus a taxi. The property was clean and convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Viola’s restaurant was delicious! I can’t wait to come back and bring our kids.

Awesome place in paradise!!!
This was my second time staying in this condo and it was better than my first time. It was my wife and I and our 2 adult children and our granddaughter. I don’t want to stay anywhere else in Nassau. The location is perfect!!! Walking distance to a pristine beach and beautiful pool at your front door. The owner and property manager are top notch and professional. They made sure everything was in order and were quick to respond to all of our needs. We all felt at home and will be back next year!!!

Great location
We enjoyed staying at Sunrise. It is a good location and far more affordable than Atlantis. This unit is nice though I would suggest some decluttering as it is quite small. The patio especially needs fewer pieces of furniture. Maybe two white lounge chairs and a table. Move the grill to another location. Atlantis is a 15 minute walk. And you can walk to the bridge pretty easily. Violas is a great location. Food is pretty average. I liked the beach the most. Quite close and great for walks.

Run don’t walk away from this “affordable” property on the beach. It’s location and the fact that it’s on the beach are really the only good qualities this property has. The photos and description claiming that the unit is updated are a complete lie. Many things such as the kitchen cupboards, shower doors, and the king bed frame in the master bedroom are completely busted.

Great Vacation!
I brought my 77 year old mom and two teenagers this past week. We had a fantastic time. We went to Atlantis two days, a trip to Blue Lagoon and relaxed at #12 Villa. Viola's was a great place to eat and I ordered groceries as well. Don't expect top of the line amenities (time for a paint job and make over - I want to do the decorations this time) but do expect excellent and kind customer service from owner. It was perfect for our needs and I would go back. The location was excellent. Taxi's, restaurants and excursions are expensive to go out so plan ahead. The folks that were at resort were lovely and the workers even sweeter. Thank you!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Viola’s was great, all the staff were wonderful and fair prices! Easy access and proximity to the beach. Used gate code and stairs to walk down. Down the beach was a short walk to dunes (great food and elegant vibe) and a short walk in opposite direction was beach venders selling drinks, souvenirs and water experiences. Beds were very comfortable, nice and firm! Bedrooms were nice and dark and stayed cool. Kitchen had everything you could need. Bring kpods! Comfortable couch. Plenty of towels.15 min walk to small island grocery store and harbor side restaurants. Felt safe as 2 women walking around. No bugs at all around the island in early May. John was a great communicator and helped us with anything we needed. Unit had chairs to bring to beach and toys and floats for the kids. Only issue was with miscommunication with security guard when we first got there.

Everything we expected plus more!!
This place exceeded our expectations!! The place was incredible, incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was a dream come true. A nice outside deck within steps to the pool and a couple more steps and you are on the beautiful beach. The restaurant and staff were amazing and time felt like it slowed down and we could really unwind. We have four adults and two children and there was plenty of room. It felt like you had your own private beach. There is a grocery store within a ten minute drive and any of the taxi drivers are more then helpful to bring you there, wait and bring you back. The people in the other villas are all so welcoming and if you are down by the pool people are willing to strike up a conversation and makes you feel like family. The picture do not do it justice. We hope to be back soon. The kids cried when we had one more day left. A great family place but also a great couples getaway too.

Great condo and great location
For our kid's spring break, we chose to check out Atlantis without the craziness of Atlantis, so we booked this condo for 7 nights. The condo itself is cozy with two beds and two bathrooms plus a couch that folds out into another bed. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking in all our meals. After the first day of $200 lunch (with a few cocktails included) and about 2 hours of sitting at a restaurant table, we decided we would cook all our meals. There are a few grocery stores to choose from with varying levels of expense. It is helpful to bring a bunch of staples with you in your suitcase to help reduce the grocery bill. The condo is steps away from the most beautiful beach you will ever see, and it wasnt very crowded. Atlantis was about a 20 minute walk on the roads and about a 10 minute walk back along the beach. FYI - if you rent a car in Nassau, everyone drives on the left side of the road so be prepared to mentally flip everything you know if you are an American driver. John was a great host, very responsive to all my questions during our stay. We will stay here again.

30th anniversary family getaway
Sunrise Beach on Paradise Island Location Great. Outside Complex great. Beach great. Seemed like we had our own private pool and beach front property. Spectacular view from pool to ocean. Great shady place to relax, read a book, see the view and get the ocean breeze. Do need to watch out for jet skis in swimming area. Inside Unit. Didn't have any bottled water or pump for it upon arrival.....Owner did get one for us the next day. 2)_ our condo unit was warm upon arrival, took forever to cool off. Condo owner controlled air temp of unit, and temp was tolerable, but not comfortable. 3) Some of the bed mattresses were really hard. Everything is expensive on Island as advertised. Plan on 15-20 min walk to Atlantis from condo unit. Sunrise Beach has bar/grill, and you can get breakfast for $5. Our favorite place to eat was Green Parrot within 15 min walk of Sunrise Beach. We really enjoyed Barefoot Sailing, 6 hours, included light breakfast, lunch, and snorkeling. Also enjoyed dolphin encounter. For chartered fishing. If you have a small party and don't want to charter an entire boat, recommend Kingfisher. They charge $125 person. We recommend taxi over renting. Everything is negotiable with locals. Straw market was touristy and hot. Atlantis was pretty, really enjoyed the marina water front. Several nice million dollar yachts to view along the Atlantis water front. Be sure and visit the Atlantis aquariums. Very impressive. Can view it after 7PM for free, since Atlantis amusement park is closed then, and their law enforcement staff gone after 7PM.

Wonderful beach vacation at reasonable price
After spending a week in the Bahamas with the beach as our main focus, we realized that Villa #12 is a great deal. My husband and I stayed comfortably with our 4 kids, ages 8-14. Violas restaurant was a reasonably priced option to have right on site with great service. We picked up groceries at the super value on the way from the airport. Driver waited there for us. Highly recommend this option if you plan to cook as there is only a small grocery store on paradise island with very small selection and even higher prices than the big store. Good place to get water if you run out though. The pros: Kitchen to cook your own meals (not fully equipped but pretty good), pool access right out your patio door, ocean view, 2 min walk to an amazing beach without crossing any roads, very secure, friendly neighbors, nice clean pool, responsive host and manager. The cons: By American standards the place could use a little upkeep. One of the kitchen cabinet doors falls off their hinges when opened. We were not able to use the cable in the main room, although we didn’t try very hard and didn’t even tell manager till last day. (We didn’t want to spend vacation watching TV). The refrigerator is not level on all legs so rocks back and forth. Could use some plastic cups, more bowls and more silverware in general. The beds were just ok. The ‘hotel’ staff can be a little abrasive and non cooperative towards villa guests, but overall not a huge issue. A little more info: Plenty of bath towels and beach towels to use. Beach chairs are not available till 10 for villa and hotel guests. They usually ask to remove them by 3:30 or so. We would usually stay longer with just our towels and our belongings. Not a big deal. Bring tips for people moving chairs and umbrellas. We walked down to Atlantis one day and walked through the resort just to see what the fuss was about. We decided not to do any activities there because of the cost and hectic pace of the resort. Sitting on the beach in front of sunrise was just the kind of family time we were looking for. This is one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches we have been to. We did eat out for dinner about 5 nights. There are several places on paradise island to walk to. If you want to get to Nassau, check out Curlys in the fish fry area. Because the focus of our trip was the beach and warm weather, this villa was the perfect fit for us. Well worth a few extra bucks to stay in a perfect location right on the beach!
