"Our stay at this property was great. We were well cared for and had the perfect mix of fun and relaxation during our say. The staff were very attentive and friendly. A big thank you to Andre and Antonio for getting us settled. We were at the hotel during a local holiday (Annexation of Nicoya) and the restaurant staff went out of their way to tell us all about the holiday and many other cultural details. "We couldn’t have picked a better place for our family vacation. We were in Villa 16 and it was absolutely stunning. The property was clean and comfortable, the view was impressive, the pool was amazing, the kitchen was large and we loved cooking as a group big family meals. The mini super had all the essentials, the owners are friendly and super helpful. We had a large bus that got stuck and within minutes we were getting pulled out by the friendly staff. "Upon arrival they said they had no reservation for us. Then had to negotiate a room. The room they gave us was not as advertised, had only a bed and tv, no tables chairs or any place to put luggage except on floor. There were wires hanging out of walls, no hot water in shower. Worst room i ever stayed in. Very disapointed expedia would book us in such a dump."

"We loved the location for birds and privacy. There is another home on the property, but thankfully no one stayed there. It was a challenge to get to the beaches as the roads we bad....We had lots of shade and the plunge pool was refreshing "

"Pros: We loved the area. It was a couple min. from the beach & the beach is perfect for kids. The waves are great for boogie boarding. We enjoyed playing in the pool. Cons: The host responded to emails quickly, but the management company that oversaw the home weren't great. I was told to message the management company to set up a time for check in, but she never responded. After messaging the host, he was able to give me the info for check in. I had messaged the host double checking there...
