"The front desk lady was very helpful and waived the parking fee due to not being disclosed in the advertisement. She was also accommodating to giving us towels and coffee maker. The rooms are clean and nothing fancy. One of our room have a small kitchen. No utensils but we have our own. Overall, clean place to relax and sleep."

"Lovely Studio 6 room with microwave and refrigerator. Very very clean! Cleaning staff was friendly, fast, and thorough! Desk staff checked me in quickly at 1AM! They were very helpful to check the cameras, find me a gondola, and send a staff member to bring it down to the lobby for me! The room was clean, there is no smoking and I didn't smell any smoke at all. My entire stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel! "

"This hotel is overall my favorite “local” place to stay. The rooms are really big it’s pretty quiet no one bothers you & for me that is a HUGE plus! It’s right across the street from LAC + USC HOSPITAL/ER so u do hear some sirens here & there but nothing to crazy! I definitely would recommend this place to friends/family or anyone really. If ur a tourist trying to sightsee this isn’t the closest to LA’s attractions but if you’ve got a rental car cool. If u plan on taking our train/bus system...

"The front desk service at the hotel was excellent. The only downside is that the facilities are outdated, and there’s a strong smell of detergent inside, which can be a bit overwhelming. The bed linens felt particularly old and dusty. Parking was decent, with just enough space for large trucks. The overall location is great—just a 10-minute walk to the Universal Studios shuttle, making it very convenient. The surrounding area also felt relatively safe."
