"The property called after 9pm to make sure we’d still be arriving since we needed a late check in - really appreciated this! Checkin was quick and friendly in our bedraggled state. They even offered to get a nightcap from the bar still if we wanted it. The whole facility was clean, bright and well appointed. Five stars for the fantastic water pressure and shower head that I could actually wash my hair! (It’s not common to get a good hair wash while at a hotel! Haha) Not to mention that the manager saw our cooler and offered to top off the ice for us before we departed. Which I was so thankful for! Breakfast was sufficient and balanced with protein and treats for the kids. Overall never disappointed with Hyatts, and this one kept the bar set high! "

"Our stay was very enjoyable! The pool, mini golf, and cornhole made the Cactus family friendly. The restraunt and bar with live band were excellent. The Cactus was being renovated which explained the sticky carpet. Definitely a place to stop everytime we come through. "

"We stayed the weekend from Friday to Monday. The suite was clean comfortable and quiet. The showers had great water pressure and were hot. The staff was courteous. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy."
