The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Comfortable beds and a nice shower. This is my 2nd time making this hotel my stop for the night and it will be go to when traveling.

Property grounds were in some disrepair, e.g., missing downspouts so rain poured down from the 3 story roof onto landscape beds that consisted of mud and no grass or plants. There was a $12 per day parking fee in an untended outdoor lot which we didn’t know about beforehand.

Room was not ready way after checkin slot, also the next day we went for breakfast and upon return room door wouldn’t open, we had to wait for a maintenance personnel to fully open & remove lock. Staff were great and easy to work with. Our room had trash on the floor but otherwise it was clean. We got in late and our room was 85 degrees when we got in. The tv also did not work. Remote would light up but it just would not turn on. Breakfast was nice.
