"Perfectly located within walking distance from restaurants and shopping. Room service staff were very helpful. Our check-in could have been better handled. We arrived at 1.45 and had to wait as rooms were not ready. Reception staff were flustered and not helpful. It took us almost an hour after we arrived to get our rooms. Except for reception staff at the time everything about this hotel is excellent."

"I booked a Deluxe Room and was disappointed to note that it was a angular shaped room ( not rectangle or square) which personally I do not like. I finally decided to take a lower category lower priced Executive Room (which thankfully was rectangular shaped) and no refund was of course given by the Hotel ....... Most disappointing aspect was the condition of Towels in Bathroom. The Towels were really bad - strained not well washed and even the replacements requested were in very poor...
