"The wifi which is a basic amenity as per international standards was not available in rooms due to some reasons. Except that all else was above and beyond- staff was very courteous and helpful. Sonali and her team at the reception desk really do a great job. "

"I do not think this is a 5 star hotel. It can be at best a 4 star. Also I did not appreciate I was charged extra 900 rs.for 1 days breakfast and a small snack when I had paid for all other days and not even eaten on a few days. It was definitely not worth the price I paid."

"Very warm reception. Located a few minutes walk to the river where the casino boats are. Serves fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of choices. In-house restaurant was as good. Taxis available at the doorstep too. However the wifi was a bit erratic "
