"This is an amazing hotel. We booked a villa with private pool and it was well worth the upgrade. On a whole the stay was wonderful apart from a few minor points: 1. The staff at the Lobster Village are absolutely miserable. Every else they are fantastic but the team at the Lobster Village are amongst the most unhappy I have ever come across. 2. The bar next to reception is really overpriced. A local larger is 500 rupees yet at all the other bars on the resort its 275 rupees. 3. The hair Salon prices are out of date on the website. a wash and blow dry was advertised as being 1200rupees but was actually 3600 rupees. As stated these are all minor points as the resort and hotel are outstanding."

The property is expansive, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. The direct access to the beach is another major highlight. "The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom."
