"We booked the hotel for it's thermal pool. We enjoyed the hot springs in the evening and also wanted to use the pool in the morning, but was told it opens at 10am! However, when we went out for breakfast, we found guests were in pool at 8am. Not sure why the staff told us the wrong time for pool hours. Anyway, we missed the chance to enjoy the hot springs in the morning since we needed to check out after breakfast. "

"It was generally nice for a lower budget hotel. Everything was adequate n functional for a short stay. Nice view from the top terrace. A nice patio/dining area by the pool, but too cold so I used the very warm indoor dining area. Good food for my first nite’s dinner. Nice breakfast. There were few guests so no one to socialize with. The staff was nice, but not particularly hospitable. Answered my ?’s, and let me keep my bag there for many hrs after I had checked out, but strangely I felt I was a...
