The bed was a bit firm for my taste, and could use a top sheet, but the service is incredibly warm, friendly, and charming."

"The place has a very homely feel, even though it may look like a hotel. The staff are all really friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and as can be seen 2 steps away from a cooling pool, which is cleaned regularly. The location is peaceful and quite, and only a short walk to the main town and the Pamukkale hill side south entrance. "

"This was our second time in Pamukkale, which is absolutely one of the most amazing places in the world. We have two kids, ages 8 and 12. The hotel has a great, family feeling to it. Everyone was very friendly. The pool was sparkling clean and very cool. It was great to swim in and then my husband and I were able to sit by the pool and have a drink while we watched the kids swim."

"Mosquitoes bites and buzzing kept me up much of the night. Obviously not the first who had this problem since walls were painted with flattened bugs. I added quite a few more. Indoor pool was closed and drained. Service not particularly helpful/friendly. Were brought across street to buy bus ticket (man at hotel desk worked at both places) but then was forgotten about when time came to get ride to airport. Didn't eat at restaurant because didn't look at all appetizing. Close to sites."
