"This beach condo was the perfect spot for my spouse and I to stay in for 4 weeks in January-February 2025. It's location is perfect, being just across the street from the condo. Iy's also in a perfect location near to a grocery store, casinos, restaurants, fast food, and public transportation. The owner was great! The property manager was very good! A home away from home!!!"

"Pleasant, clean, and well appointed with a great view. Plenty of good restaurants and shopping in the neighborhood. Although the property manager was not always supportive, the owner was easily contacted and quickly resolved all issues. Ideal location for enjoying the beach and exploring San Juan. Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 weeks."

"A public beach is about 30 seconds from the front door. The apartment has a view of the beach (and ocean). The sound of the waves are audible at night.This location is not next to the big fancy hotels and resorts. The building is next to a gated, residential neighborhood. "The apartment was exactly as described. Adorable, spacious with well stocked kitchen. My 19 year old daughter and I stayed here. Its location is in a local neighborhood - not in a touristy area, which we liked and it’s a short drive to Condado, old San Juan, and other areas. Everyone in the neighborhood we encountered was super friendly and there were always delicious smells of cooking in the hallway on the way up to the apt. It was perfect for what we were looking for.
