"The room was great for a place to sleep at the end of the day and a room to get ready in. We did come into an issue with the fridge but it was checked on immediately and fixed by the next day which was amazing. There are ants, at first they did not bother which was not a concern of ours but by our second to last day they began to bite. Ants can be common in some areas so I recommend some ant spray. Other than that, the stay was nice! "

The location was directly on the beach with a beautiful view from the 5th floor and within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. It is a very safe and secure place, hence there are several keys, a fob and a parking gate opener to work with. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions. If we visit San Juan again we will definitely contact the owner. "

"Beautiful Mar Chiquita. Lilly and Adelberto made checking in and out easy. The apartment was clean and included all amenities. The AC worked well and climate control great. Plenty of recommendations and resources provided to help with island activities. Beach supplies were plentiful. We would definitely return. "
