"The property was nice. Loved that they had a shuttle to downtown and the over to the one beach if you wanted to go. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Real eggs and ham some days, sausage others and bacon too. We did get our 2 complimentary drinks as well. The only thing is the ice maker was not working and they had no idea it was not. We tried to find the other one and never could. Otherwise they came each morning made the beds and also gave clean towels. We had a great time. Thank you"

"Great place! This is the second time staying here and had a wonderful experience. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff are efficient and friendly. I was traveling with my family and they upgraded our room as a courtesy! When we arrived they were having a happy hour but there wasn’t much left to snack on. The manager noted our disappointment and approached us. She invited us to choose any snack from the store. This is the kind of small gestures that are appreciated and not often found. I definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting St Augustine!"
