"I've come to this same motel in Salinas at least 5 times and it's overall pretty quiet. I always request a downstairs room and they have no problem accommodating me with that. It's a motel 6 so it's not lavishing but it's average and everyone is always nice. Check in and check out is fine and overall it's great for the price."

"Very comfortable bed and great pillows. The towels were soft and the fan and heat worked well. The building is older but we had a very comfortable nights stay conveniently located just 40 min from the East entrance to Pinnacles National park . I accidentally left my phone charger behind and the office staff was helpful and kind when I returned many hours later to pick it up. "

There is a large living room and kitchen more than adequate for six adults to hang out play games, cook, etc. Although it is a dated home, there are several updates throughout to make it very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make meals together. It was conveniently located 2 miles from pinnacles so a great place to stay if you wanna do daily hikes. "

"For us rural, remote country is great. The room/old building we stayed in (Old Post Office) was also great. It was well decorated and comfortable. However, the bathroom is not connected to the building. This, in and of itself, might be ok. However, other people (ranch hands/mechanic?) were also using the bathroom. This freaked my wife out, especially after showering. This may just be a logistical issue for the property owners and easily remedied. However, we did not stay for the second night."
