There is a large living room and kitchen more than adequate for six adults to hang out play games, cook, etc. Although it is a dated home, there are several updates throughout to make it very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to make meals together. It was conveniently located 2 miles from pinnacles so a great place to stay if you wanna do daily hikes. "

It was one of the hottest weekends in CA history, but the dual AC units kept us nice and cool. "Apartment was modern, super clean, and quiet. Easy parking in lot nearby to building. Very well appointed, with everything you'd want for your stay: kitchen with cooking spices and coffee brewer with pods, nice bathroom, and living room with a comfy couch area and smart TV. Also, the wifi is solid. Be prepared for the walk up - it's only one floor up, however, the stairs are steep. Was not an issue for us, but may be if someone in your group has limited mobility. "

"The house it self is amazing , the location the views , the space , the house does need some love in cleaning , some towels were stained and dirty before use , found a lot of spider webs and mice droppings , as this is normal since we were out in the country . I still give the house a high review and would book again ."
