It was one of the hottest weekends in CA history, but the dual AC units kept us nice and cool. "Our family of 5 adults and 2 children had plenty of space with so many bedrooms and 2 baths, as well as 2 dining areas.We did not eat a lot of meals here, but if we had, it would have been convenient to have a dishwasher. The place is very clean and comfortable. besides roomy. A small matter was that there were too few hand towels & dish towels. It was a great fit for our heeds and for a holiday visit to family who lives in the same neighborhood."

"Apartment was modern, super clean, and quiet. Easy parking in lot nearby to building. Very well appointed, with everything you'd want for your stay: kitchen with cooking spices and coffee brewer with pods, nice bathroom, and living room with a comfy couch area and smart TV. Also, the wifi is solid. Be prepared for the walk up - it's only one floor up, however, the stairs are steep. Was not an issue for us, but may be if someone in your group has limited mobility. "

"The house it self is amazing , the location the views , the space , the house does need some love in cleaning , some towels were stained and dirty before use , found a lot of spider webs and mice droppings , as this is normal since we were out in the country . I still give the house a high review and would book again ."
