It was one of the hottest weekends in CA history, but the dual AC units kept us nice and cool. "Great house, spacious and bright- on the south side of Salinas. Perfect location as we were visiting Monterey etc. The property manager Luis was great and very responsive to our requests. Highly recommend! "

"Apartment was modern, super clean, and quiet. Easy parking in lot nearby to building. Very well appointed, with everything you'd want for your stay: kitchen with cooking spices and coffee brewer with pods, nice bathroom, and living room with a comfy couch area and smart TV. Also, the wifi is solid. Be prepared for the walk up - it's only one floor up, however, the stairs are steep. Was not an issue for us, but may be if someone in your group has limited mobility. "

"We were all able to stay under one roof with nice, comfortable beds, spacious rooms and central heating, very comfortable. There are two long couches in the living room allowing us all to sit and watch a little tv, and on Christmas morning to open presents. The kitchen is very roomy, with a terrific gas stovetop and really nice ovens and microwave and large, clean refrigerator. And the patio was perfect, fenced in and facing the driving range. "The house it self is amazing , the location the views , the space , the house does need some love in cleaning , some towels were stained and dirty before use , found a lot of spider webs and mice droppings , as this is normal since we were out in the country . I still give the house a high review and would book again ."
