"Strange location down an alley, off of an old cobblestone street. Had 3 different electronic entries, an old, tiny lift that didnt quite line up with the floor. It took being sent 3 codes to get to finally get in and there were roll down shutters on the outsides of the windows, which couldn't be opened. We never met a live person and the whole experience was strange. On an up note. The shower and bed were better than adequate"

"This was one of the best stays we have ever had. We couldn't ask for anything more. From the hotel staff , to the multiple dining entities, it was a dream. It was perfect. They always made sure we had water on our bedside table with turndown service, which was a perfect touch after a long night drinking wine in their restaurant. Dont get us started on the pool.... honestly don't think twice about booking here!"

Only booked bed and breakfast and Breakfast was good although most people suggested that the food was average. Sorrento is a wonderful holiday resort with so many nice restaurants. "We liked this property a lot, the setting was great and the people were great (except one cranky guy in the restaurant but the maitre d made up for it by being wonderful and so friendly). The only thing they really need is in room coffee. The coffee in the restaurant is not good but it wouldn't matter at all if you could do Nespresso or something in the room.
