"The location was very convenient - just 10 minutes walk to Piazza Tasso. The room was clean and modern but a bit small. We really enjoyed the balcony and would have our coffee and breakfast outside. There was not any real breakfast but some pre-packaged toast and cereal was provided. The whole check in process was done over the phone and we only saw our host for a moment on our last day. Meeting us in person at check in would have made us feel more welcome and make the process easier. "

Maria Teresa was so helpful throughout our stay - she was always available whenever we needed advice and helped us make arrangements even at short notice. This location is hard to find, as I had to call host and he met us outside to show us the way in - I would have never found it on my own. My only complaint is parking. there is a paid lot behind hotel that charged 36 euros upon departure. however, a sign in hotel indicated parking for 15 euros. I did ask host if I was parked in correct place so I was surprised by the high cost...
