"Strange location down an alley, off of an old cobblestone street. Had 3 different electronic entries, an old, tiny lift that didnt quite line up with the floor. It took being sent 3 codes to get to finally get in and there were roll down shutters on the outsides of the windows, which couldn't be opened. We never met a live person and the whole experience was strange. On an up note. The shower and bed were better than adequate"

"When you get there you need to take the lift up (or take a long walk up the stairs I guess). The room was clean and we had a direct view of the basilica across the street. If Naples wins the football you might get some loud celebrations but generally it's relaxing.
