"This property does all the right things for an enjoyable stay. Check in was easy and front desk provided maps and guidance of area as well as arranged our water taxi for early morning. Bags brought to room, free water, snacks and complementary Prosecco. Bathroom nice size and beds clean and comfy. Recommend canal view. Magic of Venice. "

"From the start it was 5 star quality customer service. They let us check in early and drop our luggage in the room so we could enjoy our day. The room was very clean. We used the provided house slippers and enjoyed the complimentary water and made tea using the kettle and tea bag provided. The concierge was very helpful. He let us know that the hotel had complimentary water taxi to Murano and we took advantage. We did go on our own to Burano and had a lovely complimentary breakfast . Only issue we had was having to leave window open to get the room to cool down but there was no screen so we got bitten up a bit. Overall would stay here again! "

"Pros-Felt very safe on site, easy breakfast option In the buffet and they have a restaurant on site. Our chalet unit had a cute little kitchen so self catering was available but only utensils and Wasing facilities supplied. Very easy to book a shuttle to Venice island but it's only a 15min drive over if you've a car. Con-only if your a light sleeper the campsite is fairly close to a major highway roundabout so can be loud with traffic at night if your a light sleeper sensetive to noise ear plugs would be beneficial to you. "

"Location was perfect for me as near Alilaguna waterbus stop for airport transfers and other ACTV stops for places i wanted to visit. San Marco area, although busy, is a great place to be based for someone making a first visit to this fascinating and charming city. Lots of shopping outlets nearby, top end and touristy and plenty of choice for meals out. I really enjoyed my stay despite having been the victim of pickpockets on the crowded ferry to Murano. Be careful all of you. They are quick, clever, and opportunistic."
