"A lovely mini weekend getaway, which I would thoroughly recommend. Greeted in arrival with a glsss of Prosecco and room was ready!! Room was spacious but slightly lacking in storage space. Spa room is lovely but can get overcrowded so maybe not quite as romantic / peaceful as you want. Lack of hanging space (robes) in the Spa. It is based at (and overlooks) Folkestone harbour which is ideal plus the shopping area is spread around very closely with plenty of places to eat and drink. This is the second time at the hotel and staff go above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. "
