"Just right for my needs. Good location for access to town plus free parking. Unfortunately I did have noisy people in adjoining rooms who played loud music and the room the other side had tv on loud but that’s the lack of concern for others that’s all too common now and not the fault of the guest house. Breakfast was good and staff polite and helpful."

"Disappointing stay (Joss room) which was a shame as location was perfect for me. Shower was broken, was offered communal shower but on close inspection I decided not to use. Blind in room doesn’t close properly, lots of light coming in, very noisy fountain out front which you can still hear with windows closed. Very poor Wi-Fi. Pub itself was lovely, staff friendly, no food on Mondays though."

"My husband and I decided to visit Kent because my family still live here.We stayed in Sandgate which I know well and we ate at the local Indian which was amazing.We ate and drank at the John Dorey wine bar.We also had a drink at the Docker.Sandgate is really a great place to visit in the evening it’s really busy.I can honestly say our visit was perfect.Our accommodation was so refreshing , it was perfect in every way.I would say, though it was perfect for us there are steps to the accommodation...
