"The property is very charming and cozy, and it's located right across from a high school. There aren't many parking spots during the day, but there are plenty in the evening. While I was there, the power went out around 2 or 3 AM after I used the stove in my room. I texted the property owner, not expecting them to answer so late, but I was happy when they replied quickly. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely think about coming back again!"

"the location was great!! its the parking that was kinda tricky to find,,I just didn't realize that we had to set up the murphy bed,,Bed was comfy to sleep,,"

"Owner was accessible and responsive. The location was key and the private parking a plus. Living room furniture was not very comfortable; cookware and utensils were higher standard than usual. Overall a great stay."

"Nice property. Not as large as pictured but otherwise very good. I am mobility challenged so all the steps were a challenge. Never made it to the deck. We’re 75+ so would definitely recommend it to younger guests"

"The 2 bedroom home makes efficient use of its space. Nice layout. Very clean. The home had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch - we went out for dinners. The bus to Ballard and many great restaurants was right in front of the house. The bus to downtown Seattle was just a block away. We stayed for 3 nights and was perfect stay. "

"This property was the perfect location to tour Seattle in one day. Easy walking to Pike Place market and docks East walking to Space Needle and points of interest near it"

"Beautiful condo w plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Very comfortable and stylish furnishings. Views were amazing! Even on a rainy day. Great location to walk to shopping and dining w lots to choose from. Hellena was spot on w communication for checking in and out and for navigating the parking garage and building. This will be our go to when we visit Vancouver again. "

"We were in Vancouver for the Eras Tour and had to book this vrbo after our first one canceled on us. The host was excellent with communicating with me on recommendations, how to get to the stadium, and even let us check in early once we landed. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable! Highly recommend this as a place to stay!"
