"Jan was always available to answer any questions we had. The tv was somewhat difficult to operate. The only problem was with ants probably due to area and time of year and Jan was very helpful. The house is tucked behind owners house but Jan was available to help. Definitely recommend this property."

"I booked 385 and stayed in 387 when I got there. The owner is lovely and helpful. The property and the room is worn and could use updates, but I wasn't expecting phenomenal for the price I was paying. I never saw any bugs or dirt, unlike other reviews. Security is not great - the lock is flimsy, and the outside door to the property is always left open. But it is in a very nice, quiet treelined neighborhood, with cafes, takeouts and basic shopping an easily walkable distance. BC place is a...

"It was very clean and comfortable and accessible. We had trouble getting the spa heated up but the host could eventually assist us remotely. It can sleep 10 people, 2 to a bed comfortably, but not 16. The coffee maker doesnt work well as it doesnt fit right. There are not enough dishes for all of the guests. We may want to come back again, though.coffee maker"

"This is a very old property, some of the facilities like the cupboards need to be updated, however i loved the generous space of the accomodation. Some of the staff were very sour, however some were also friendly. The breakfast provided was as expected,minimal. But the surroundings were beautiful and quiet. I would book this location again."

"It was lovely. Staff was welcoming on arrival and very friendly as we enjoyed our stay. The kitchenette was incredibly helpful for the issues I have with food sensitivities. While it is clear to the consumer's eye, that there have not been any updates for a while, they've kept it clean and it doesn't smell old or unkempt. It was quite lovely and we greatly enjoyed our stay."
