"Staff were really nice and accommodating. We came at 2pm and allowed us to check-in early. Very clean and well-stocked with supplies. Kids wanted to use the hot tub outside but had a hard time figuring out on how to open it. Shoutout out to Cherry (?) who went above and beyond by coming over even if it was already 8pm to help us set it up. My kids had a great time because of your extra effort. Would love to stay here again. "

"Was disappointed when we were told when we booked that the pool would be open. Was the main reason we booked this place because our kids wanted to swim. As soon as we got there we found out from the condo office that it was closed due to harmful minerals in pool water. We messaged that back to the person we booked from and they never messaged us back again during our stay. There is also no air conditioner or any fans in condo. We had to personally go out of our way to purchase fans so we could...

"Location was fantastic. we walked to dinner each night it was so close to Broadway where the majority of the restaurants are. condo was very nice, bed was good and kitchen was good for our small breakfasts. Only drawback was the TV's. No local access to ABC,NBC or CBS or local news or weather. Samsung TV service was not very useful. system confusing. TV in main room had 4 remotes?? What does what??? Maybe explain in binder left in kitchen???"
