"I've been travelling in hostals since 35 years. I have never seen so dirty rooms. The place is great, but I felt really not comfortable, and I moved out from hostal as soon as I was able to do. The patio is great, the peole nice, but the rooms have to be redone totally. It's definitly awfull. And I'm not talking about the bathrooms."

"The hostel is located right at the base of Santa Cruz which made it super easy to grab the lanchas. My friend and I stayed in a private suite which was really nice and cozy. The grounds of the hostel itself are stunning and so relaxing! They host family-style dinner's every night which was so wholesome and was a great way to meet new people. The only cons I will say is that there's only wifi in the common spaces, and wifi doesn't reach the rooms. Other than that, I loved my stay! "

"It was great in the begining, they offer unlimited coffee (bad quality but unlimited). And they are very friendly. When paying time came, they took almost twice the price of my reservation and they didn't even give me any receipt. "

"The hostel is in a great location and it's very cute. The people who work there are nice and helpful. It's very nice they have someone there 24/7. I got a single room with private bathroom and my room was right next to the stairway. I was lucky because I had a meshed window in addition to the two small windows on the door, but the room still gets very stuffy because of lack of airflow. There is a fan but even at low it's very strong and blows directly at the bed, it would be hard to sleep like...

"Claudia was helpful. They have much difficulty with English, here. We needed our AC unit turned down because it was so cold, and they turned it off. We could never seem to explain we needed it turned back on, but at a more comfortable temperature. Be aware that if you stay here, you may have some communication issues that will effect your comfort. Breakfast was okay. "
