There were only two plates, no cutting knives, the glasses had sticky goo all over them, the stove did not work, there was no drinking water available. "The apartment is great, clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. I’m not giving it 5 stars because there should be an A/C, it’s hot without A/C during the day and at night. Also check in communication is bad, they don’t send email with information/instructions, we had to call them literally parked outside to get to instructions. "We arrived at night and instantly fell in love with the property. Just as we thought it couldn’t get any better, we woke up to the most stunning views. The property is gorgeous and was spotless!!! "Sarnai is a gem. Located 2-3 min walking distance from everything. Location is prime. Harsimar is fantastic host, he was fast on replying and offering solutions to my questions. Room was clean and big. There's a rooftop that you can chill, do yoga, have your coffee or drink with lake and volcano view. Highly recommended."
