"Everything you could want is close by…"

"This is our second time staying here. The facility is nice and clean. However, the customer service, while "good enough," was a bit lacking. I can't explain it other than it could have been better. They don't go above and beyond to greet you or make you feel welcome. We did have a problem with the heat not shutting off in our room. It was 76 deg. F when we arrived and stayed that way after hours. The staff did move us to another room on the same floor later that night, which was nice. My only...

"Water leaked onto the floor between the tub and toilet. The first shower was dry. After the second it was wet. The third shower I did everything to be sure there was no gap between the shower curtain and the shower wall, however the floor was wet again. The shower mat was only half wet the last time verses totally soaked the previous time. I dried up the water both times. "

"It was affordable and close to what we needed. Only complaint would be the breakfast options. Really it was only bagels. It would’ve been nice to have a protein option. But for the price I understand."

"This hotel was a mixed bag. Staff was friendly and evening staff was especially engaged. There apparently were computer problems and our room was assigned to someone else before we even checked out. The room was spacious and the kitchen, dishes, etc. nice. The room was reasonably clean but definitely not spotless. The breakfast sounded good but though I arrived 10 minutes before they closed there was not much other than oranges and bread left to eat."
