"I liked the welcoming attitude of the desk person. The room was meticulous although it was a pet accommodation room and my dog was not stressed. The personal touch of the make-up cleanser in a packet was so appropriated! I never saw that before. Not a spot, not a wrinkle in the room.The linen was fresh smelling and a reprieve from the long road journey. Im coming back."

"This is our second time staying here. The facility is nice and clean. However, the customer service, while "good enough," was a bit lacking. I can't explain it other than it could have been better. They don't go above and beyond to greet you or make you feel welcome. We did have a problem with the heat not shutting off in our room. It was 76 deg. F when we arrived and stayed that way after hours. The staff did move us to another room on the same floor later that night, which was nice. My only...

"This hotel was a mixed bag. Staff was friendly and evening staff was especially engaged. There apparently were computer problems and our room was assigned to someone else before we even checked out. The room was spacious and the kitchen, dishes, etc. nice. The room was reasonably clean but definitely not spotless. The breakfast sounded good but though I arrived 10 minutes before they closed there was not much other than oranges and bread left to eat."
