"This is our second time staying here. The facility is nice and clean. However, the customer service, while "good enough," was a bit lacking. I can't explain it other than it could have been better. They don't go above and beyond to greet you or make you feel welcome. We did have a problem with the heat not shutting off in our room. It was 76 deg.
