"Not enough staff at the front to help all customers . Only had one poor woman running the desk/phones, bar, and kitchen. She couldn't keep up and it's not her fault at all. Hotel should've scheduled more staff"

"Great place to stay. friendly staff and clean rooms. Surrounding areas are under construction so little dusty. lots of places to eat near by and we really like that it's only 10 mins from the Blue Ash Sports Center. Free Breakfast is minimal and small refrigerator was broken but the lady attending the area was super nice and brought what we needed right away (milk). Coffee machine was best part - one of the best coffee from the machine I've had. Definitely will stay here again."

"Great trip we stayed here while in town for HorrorHound which was essentially down the street at The Sharonville convention center Great choice the Staff was amazing Particularly the dining staff Always a smile never have to ask for anything The 3 free cocktails and dinner which was delicious plus popcorn and 24 hour hot tea were amazing perks My only complaint is the pillows Both Me & My sister left with super stiff necks due to how uncomfortable the pillows were but other than that the stay was amazing The people were the best part and Cracker barrel is legit right next door so u can't beat the convenience overall "

"The property is in the midst of a refurbishing. Everything that has been finished is crisp and clean. The pool area was not accessible but looked very nice. The breakfast was substantial with bacon, eggs, tots, waffles, cereal, yogurt, fruit, etc.The front desk was polite and the check-in and -out was easy. I would definitely recommend. "
