This is my third Holiday Inn Express and Suites in three days. Unfortunately, this is the first time that I am disappointed. I requested the first floor and got the second floor. I requested an accessible shower and got a bathtub.

Everything about the property was excellent. Most especially, Tina served an outstanding breakfast and was exceedingly meticulous keeping the breakfast area clean. My problem is that no one cleaned our room or even made our bed the entire three nights we stayed at the hotel. I have stayed in many hotels through the years and this is the first time I have encountered this situation.

We had two rooms. Excellent comfortable beds and rooms. Cleanliness was very good. Breakfast was the Holiday Inn usual breakfast, but what made this one unique were the Cinnabons and kitchen server. She was excellent working very hard and her name was Tina.

Everything about this hotel was great. It was clean up to date the room was very spacious the staff were friendly and helpful and location was fantastic with it being close to shopping and restaurants and the interstate. Would highly recommend it and we would most definitely stay there again.
