Service very poor. Had to ask for room coffee multiple times. English Communication poor. Hair dryer broken and staff nonchalant about replacing. We were trying to leave for a memorial service and it was very stressful. Daily service and room maintenance poor. Staff only replaced towels. No no slam toilet seat. Carpet worn. Worn / dirty shower curtain. Breakfast very poor. They would not let food leave breakfast area siting board of health issues? Anyway, don’t stay here.

The property had trash everywhere in the back of the hotel. My shower knob was broken in the bathroom. There was bugs found in the room. I barely even stayed in it. The front desk staff was rude and belittle customers and guests. I checked out early. I would NEVE!!!’ stay at this property again.

I did not enjoy my stay. The lobby was ver hot, the man behind the desk spoke very poor English and double charged me. The room was moderately clean but the AC did not work. The water took several minutes to heat up. Just an overall bad experience.

This is an older property as evidenced by worn carpet. The room smelled a bit funny, the breakfast was not good and just in general not somewhere I would stay again.

The place is aging. The panel which had a tabletop built into it is loose from the wall making the tabletop slant at a near 45 degree angle meaning that you couldn't set a glass of water on it.

Our room was clean, but the hallway carpets were dirty and the continental breakfast was disgusting. The staff was always sitting around. And the smell of marijuana was so strong by their laundry room. I will never stay here again.

The hotel was nothing like what it shows on hotels.com. The night before we checked out they wanted to change my room because my granddaughter was running and the people below us didn’t like it. She’s 3.

This was one if the worst hotels inhave ever stayed at. There bed bugs in the rooms, the front desk was very rude, the breakfast was minimal. There were holes in the ceiling with water leaking out. The elevator hasn't been inspected since 2014. I am pretty sure the health department woudl shut this place down.

The bed matress was phenomenal. The staff we encountered were fantastic for the most part. The first room had issues ( the toilet woukd not flush which my husband did fix and the light flickered worse than a strobe light) We moved to a second room which smelled really bad from cigarette smoke. The floor was sticky as well so we had to keep socks on. There was a white old cargo van parked in the handicap that was obviously not handicap. Staff told me the owner had been in residence a while so the owner was allowed to park there. We had to park several spaces down and we are handicap. Chair guard outside our room was loose and crooked.
