"Super friendly and helpful staff . Property is a little tired in places . Could do with sound insulation between rooms very noisy plumbing between rooms) and floors! Especially when a function is on! Having said that our room was lovely and clean with heaps of room , very handy for trip into Southampton for the boat show. Lovely breakfast too! "
