"The stay here was very peaceful. Various birds on the water. Spotted a fox roaming the shoreline. Enjoyed morning coffee sitting at the kitchen table looking at the lake. We had a brilliant sunset the first evening we were there. While being remote we enjoyed the closeness of Ithaca and the historic village of Aurora. If you enjoy art, check out the Herbert F. Johmson Museum of Art. "

"The house was in a convenient location to several of the wineries we wanted to visit and a comfortable size for the two of us. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the back porch and private yard because of the cold and snow, but it would be wonderful during nice weather. Our only issue was with the road noise. The house is directly on Highway 14, which makes for noticeable road noise during the day, but better at night with less traffic. "
