"Staff were able to check us in early, and the room was clean, quiet, cool and comfortable - I slept brilliantly! The airport shuttle was easy to arrange and reasonably priced. "On arrival we were greeted with smiles, the receptionist was very friendly and gave us all the information we needed. The hotel is a short walk from a tram stop and you can easily get to all attractions and the city from here. The hotel lobby and bar are clean and inviting. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice. The rooms are quite spacious and have very comfortable beds and the fluffiest pillows ever. We didnt use the pool or gym but these did look good. We would stay here again."

"My stay was quite awful! The hotel we’re going through a refurbishment and the work will start before 8am and continue even during the weekends!! The rooms have no ventilation at all and I even ordered a fan at Amazon and although the website says it got delivered, the reception said they never received it. Some of the staff can be helpful when they want but the other will just ignore you or just answer you in a very rude way! Just don’t stay here! "
