"We had a wonderful stay, the staff is friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice an warm and clean. The hotel is close to many museums and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff was excellent. This was like a home away from home. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The nice touch is having drinks, coffee, and pastries available all day. Evenings were wonderful in the lounge area where other guests gather to socialize, have a glass of wine or an appetizer. We can’t wait to come back again next year. The only negative that I can find is that there isn’t another Jan Luyken in other cities in Europe. "

"It is a short walk to a half dozen museums including two of Amsterdam's best. Convenient to a tram stop and the airport bus stop. The staff were all delightful."

"We were a family of 4 staying in the same room in 4 single beds, the room was clean and there was lots of room for all our stuff, the beds were comfy. The area was great for us as it wss just outside the main city centre but still walkable, there were lots of places to eat and a supermarket within 5/10 minutes walk. We had breakfast included and although not lots of options was good value for money. "
