"My first time in Cuba and with only two nights, I felt at home. Since my arrival with the attention of the reception staff Mariem I received an incredible early check in and a great free upgrade to one of their best rooms, the Junior Suit, super comfortable and spacious. I really enjoyed breakfast, mainly the coffee and the egg, and the chefs were attentive to everything I asked for. "Casa Italia was a beautiful and luxurious experience. One of the nicest places I have stayed, personally. I usually do more budget travelling, but decided to splurge on this trip and it was well worth it. "The property was a taxi ride from the main area of Havana but taxis were organised very easily. the rooms and en suite bathrooms were large and the bed very comfortable. shower a bit temperamental but it didn't matter. The house was full of old and interesting artefacts and the main guy spoke really good English and was very helpful. breakfast seemed to be whenever we wanted it and was basically anything we wanted. Very good coffee! Our stay was overall excellent"

"I loved this Hotel the moment I walked in The staff were the most friendliest most welcoming people I have ever met. They made my Cuba holiday a real experience. They arranged my little trips. They joined in with me watching English Football. They became my family and best friends. They taught me Cuban Spanish and I taught them English. We laughed and we were happy.
