"City box was a great lower cost choice to stay in Oslo. Granted the rooms are small but there was enough room to get by for a couple of nights. We were out of the room exploring Oslo most of the time anyway. The beds were comfortable and the facility was clean. The staff was helpful with merging our two separate reservations when we had added a day so we didn’t need to change rooms. It was very convenient and walkable to most of the center of Oslo"

"A nice hotel very convenient for all Oslo has to offer. Close to train station and other transport options. Breakfast was very busy at the weekends and queues were a result. The food could have been much hotter. I would not expect to pay extra to access the pool in a five star hotel. Room service was very quick and the food tasty."

"Expedia failed to tell you something. This is a half board hotel, meaning breakfast and dinner are included. I was pleasantly surprised. This is probably my favorite hotel of all time. I can’t tell you how fantastic it is. The beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds ever. The bedding is top grade. All the employees were fantastic except one.
