"Room was small and basic but sufficient, so worked well for me on a budget. The rooms don't come with kettles but you can ask the staff for one, so I did. Communal kitchenette was useful, and the Norwegian cafe "Spor Av Nord" downstairs was lovely. The thermostat in my bathroom was set too hot, apparently I could have adjusted it but I didn't realise."

"The staff on reception were very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good. Tram stop just outside hotel. The only downside was one lift was out of order so there was long waits for the Lift, especially on the morning of check out."

"Hotel was centrally-located in the heart of Oslo, the rooms and facilities were well-appointed and we loved all the historical aspects of the hotel. Staff were friendly and attentive - we can’t wait to be back. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed here for 2 nights as a short stay in Oslo! The hotel is in a very central location next to the train station and everything is within walking distance or easily accesible on public transport. The hotel was very clean and tidy! Staff were helpful and breakfast was fabulous 👌 "

"Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was great- a fantastic option in a city as expensive as Oslo. The deluxe room had plenty of space in the bedroom itself, less so in the bathroom but excellent value. Within short walk of trams/buses/ferries to all the main sites. Central location but quiet street. 10 minute walk from station made it an easy trip to/from the airport. We would certainly return here if we were to visit Oslo again. "
