"Arrived in oslo with paid reservation at thon panorama (even had a confirmation the day before) only to get there and find a sign in front saying closed for refurbishing and that booked guests should call this number. I had to turn on roaming and international calling and spend 30 min on hold to be told my hotel was moved across town to a different hotel. It wasn’t walkable so I went into a different hotel and they graciously called me a taxi ($40). I missed my pre booked sauna for 3 reservation...

"You can walk from your airline departure to the hotel. There is some confusion in the information because there is Radisson red and a Radisson blue hotel within the same complex. Save yourself some steps in the extremely cold weather"

I would think they would want to think about me as a VIP guest and reach out and ask how I am doing and maybe offer something or even ask for feedback directly. It is a bit impersonal. But I like the area and it is very convenient for me. "
