Even the lack of tv was not a problem as it gave me the chance to read and enjoy researching Oslo. The staff were available but had to look for them as they were not visible in the foyer area."

"Beautiful historic hotel, with renovated spacious bedrooms, very comfortable beds, walking distance to most of all major attractions and landmarks of the city. Fantastic restaurant (Palmen) and superb breakfast. All staff was very courteous and professional. An overall amazing experience."

"A really comfy hotel - nice cosy rooms, lovely soft bed (slept really well) and amazingly friendly staff (great level of customer service). The highlight was the included breakfast - breakfast included as standard in my experience has been quite basic, but here the breakfast spread is amazing, and certainly not budget-level. A real treat. I’d go back here in a heartbeat. Fantastic location for events at the Spektrum or Folketeateret."
