No locker to keep your luggage . I stay In private room only have one bed no other facilities in the room , not suitable for the price. "

"Exellent hotel with great service. Hotel staffs were very friendly, communicated well with English. The breakfast spread is good and the room winter view is superb. A short stay at Otaru with 3 adults and 2 kids. "

"Nice hostel in Otaru! Owners are friendly and willing to help out any questions you may have. No kerosene heaters required although there was a small one in my room that I used for a nightstand, not sure why it was there because there was also a wall mounted modern Hitachi ac/heater unit that was quiet and worked perfectly. This was my first hostel stay so the only thing I needed was a larger bath towel that was easily purchased a short walk away. Will be back!"
