A rudderless ship goes nowhere, but this Staff understands its purpose and mission while on-duty, and they all carry out their responsibilities with great enthusiasm and dedication. For example, upon my arrival, Assistant FO Manager Khuon Pisey already knew my name, had me seated with a cool drink, and took care of the entire check-in without my ever having to leave that comfortable seat. I later asked her only once to do something for me and without taking written notes, she completed my request flawlessly. She had given me her fullest attention and then made sure it was all done correctly without my having to double check. This is the kind of service you can expect here. Perfection!"
